Here’s What to Expect

  • It’s the legal requirement we need to get started!

  • We want to get to know you better, and this is where it starts. Fill out our simple Client Onboarding Form and share some essential details about your business, your goals, and even your coffee order — because we’re big on personal touches. This form helps us understand how to best support you from day one.

  • Once we’ve received your form, we’ll get to work setting up your financial systems. If you’re new to Xero, QuickBooks, or other cloud accounting software, we’ll handle the setup, data migration, and integration to ensure everything runs smoothly. Already using these platforms? We’ll review and optimise them for maximum efficiency.

  • From the start, you’ll have direct access to Jacob or Nathan, along with our expert accountants and bookkeepers, who are ready to support you with personalised guidance. It’s a small, tight-knit team, so you’ll have the support of everyone working together to drive your success. This collective approach means you’re never alone and always supported by familiar faces who understand your business inside and out.

  • Once your systems are live, we’ll walk you through your financial dashboard and set key milestones to keep your business on track. From here, it’s all about working together to keep you ahead of the curve.
